After making the decision to move and rent out our condo, we were naturally apprehensive about becoming landlords. He did a great job walking us through the process, and was very responsive to both us and and the potential tenants. He really made the process easy. I now view him as a valued partner in managing our condo, and would absolutely recommend him to others.
